 Brian Yui founded HouseRebate.com in 1999. HouseRebate.com is a full-service discount online/offline real estate brokerage firm with affiliates in all 50 states. Buyers are rewarded with a rebate of up to 1% of a home's purchase price and sellers can list their homes at discounted commission rates. A 2004 Inman Innovator Award finalist at the annual Real Estate Connect Conference, HouseRebate.com has been recognized as a company that embodies the spirit of innovation in the real estate industry.
Prior to founding HouseRebate.com, Yui was a senior executive for leading real estate companies such as Sunroad Enterprises and The Dermot Company. He began his career at Coopers Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) as a Certified Public Accountant.
Yui holds a M.B.T. degree from the University of Southern California and a B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He has been investing in residential real estate for 20 years. Yui is also a best-selling co-author of the book Wake Up...Live the Life You Love: Purpose, Passion, Abundance.
